Breakfast with Chocolate Helps Speed Up Your Body Slim

Many say that the risk of obesity is often caused by consuming food or beverages are sweet and contain lots of sugar, the brown one. But the community is not known if eating chocolate in the morning or when breakfast can lose weight faster than a diet.

Scientists from Tel Aviv University found that the morning is the best time to consume sweet foods like chocolate does not cause obesity. This is caused when the morning is a time where the most active human metabolism works.


A study of 193 obese people, but no history of diabetes. Then the study participants were divided into two groups, first group of low-carbohydrate diet with an energy content of 300 calories at breakfast, and a second group was asked to consume a balanced diet, with a given chocolate or sweet foods for breakfast that up to 600 calories.


The result, in the first 16 weeks, low-carbohydrate diet group lost weight an average decline of 14 kg, and the group fed a chocolate surprise to the researchers because of their weight also decreased, when they are expected to rise. However, in the next 16 weeks, the first group experienced weight gain with an average of 10 kg, a second group just back weight loss with an average of 6.8 kg.

Eating sugary foods in the morning will not cause obesity because of the calories will be burned during the day when we do an activity, but it can happen if there is no interference with the metabolism.
